Liverpool Clinical Commissioning Group (LCCG)
Develop a design approach, printed and digital materials to support public consultation activity about NHS urgent care services.
apt. created ‘What do you think?’ campaign identity and materials, the approach uses standout graphics and clear messaging to appeal and communicate in a straightforward way to the NHS’s broad demographic. LCCG are consulting the public about urgent care services in the city, the services are for when you need advice or treatment immediately, or on the same day. Urgent care services: GP Practice surgeries, 999, 111, out of hours GPs and Walk-in Centres are represented by using different coloured, hexagonal graphic icons. The hexagonal, honeycomb motif was used in outline throughout the materials.
Outputs included a 12-page A4 booklet, event banners, social, printed and digital assets.
Having seen Liverpool’s materials South Sefton and Southport and Formby’s Clinical Commissioning Group commissioned us to create their campaign based on the same design.
