Challenge
Design and produce materials and characters for Improving Hospital Gynaecology and Maternity Services in Liverpool consultation, developed
by NHS Cheshire and Merseyside, Alder Hey Children’s NHS Foundation Trust, Liverpool University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, Liverpool Women’s NHS Foundation Trust and The Clatterbridge Cancer Centre NHS Foundation Trust.
Solution
CMICB are consulting on the future of hospital based gynaecology and maternity services in Liverpool during October and November 2024.
To do this they required a raft of materials producing both digitally and in print to distribute to hospitals that are part of the consultation – Liverpool Women’s Hospital, The Royal Liverpool hospital, Alder Hey Children’s hospital, Clatterbridge Cancer Centre and Aintree hospital, and for other spaces.
We began by creating a variety of characters, buildings and scenarios for maternity and gynaecology services that can be used long term on communication and updates for this consultation. From there we were able to create a look and feel that fits in with the current branding that CMICB use, and also give this consultation it’s own identity.
From this we were able to produce a 32 page booklet explaining why this consultation is happening, A5 flyers, Roller banners as well as A4 and A3 posters working with our trusted printers to ensure delivery to 8 sites.
Alongside this we created screens for display in waiting rooms and hospitals, desktops for internal use, a powerpoint template for use with the characters we created for presentations, web banners and social media tiles covering facebook, instagram and X.
The consultation is running from 15th October to 26th November 2024 and you can have your say here.
